This is a sweetened Oloroso that has been aged for atleast 30 years on average. Most people would assume that a sweetened Oloroso or Cream sherry would be basic and bland, the kind of thing their Grandparents drink. However, this is no ordinary Cream sherry. Having aged for so long, the balance of sweetness and acidity is perfect. It's no wonder why this has won so many awards over the years and continues to be a favourite of ours.
