Local delivery

As we are based in Cambridge we offer FREE Local delivery to anywhere inside the M11, A14, A11 and A505 which includes the following postcodes; CB1, CB2, CB3, CB4, CB5, CB21 5, CB22. Orders must be over £45. You will need to contact us to get a local delivery code which will remove the £8.95 delivery cost, email [email protected]. Outside of the stated area? Get in touch and we will see what we can do.

Please be aware that this delivery option is subject to a 1-2 weekday time frame.
Any delivery that falls outside of the stated area will be subject to additional delivery charges.  If you have any queries regarding delivery costs please email [email protected]
 
We withhold the right to refuse delivery to under 18's. Deliveries must be accepted by an adult.

Standard UK Mainland delivery - £8.95 (2-3 Day service)

We charge all courier deliveries at below cost so never make any money on them. Our chosen couriers vary on route and weight. In most cases our preferred partner is APC.

We package all of our orders in the incredibly strong, yet pricey, Pulpsafe - made from 100% recycled card waste that is converted into pulp and then moulded. This method has proven to reduce the risk of breakages and is 100% recyclable, biodegradable and compostable. You’ll see cheaper delivery through other companies but we’d prefer that your order arrived in one piece!

Premium UK Mainland delivery  - £15 (Next day service)

Orders placed before 2pm Mon-Fri will be delivered on the next day. Orders placed after will arrive within 48hrs but in most cases we will try to drop off orders at our local depot to ensure next day delivery. Call or email us to check if delivery deadlines can be met.

Highlands and Islands

We offer a 2-5 working day service for £20

If you are unsure please contact us to delivery discuss costs. We will, where possible aim to cover costs however some couriers do increase their tariffs for these zones.

Returns

We never want you to be unhappy with your purchases and will do everything we can to cover the costs where a return is necessary due to faulty goods.

Sales or Return

We can offer sale or return (unopened bottles and undamaged labels, we will refuse returns if we believe the goods are not in re-saleable condition), please contact [email protected] to discuss and agree terms.

If you are returning goods after an event we can arrange for our courier to collect. This will incur carriage charges of £15 per 12 bottle case. Returns must be packaged safe for travel and ready for collection before midday on the agreed day of collection. Any breakages during the return will not be refunded and are not covered by APC. Because of this we recommend anyone returning wine liaises with us via [email protected]
