Possibly our favourite Chardonnay. Full bodied, vibrant acidity, subtle flavours of honey and sugared almonds but balanced and refined citrus notes keep this chardonnay fresh.
100% Chardonnay, barrel fermented and matured on its lees for 7 months before being blended in tank and then returned to barrel for a further 3 months. The use of 400 litre French oak barrels allows Matthew Copeland to balance the oaky flavours and retain the citrus notes of the chardonnay.
The perfect partner for creamy dishes, ripe soft cheeses and white meats.
