The historic vineyard of El Moral is over 100 years old, made up of clay and iron loam soils with an outcrop of silex and pebbles. Decades of pruning and care reward Adrien Llorente with outstanding fruit. So special that Decanter and Sarah Jane Evans MW have listed this wine as one of the top 10 Spanish fine wines of 2021.

Classified as Singular Vineyard by the Ministry of Agriculture and the Regulator Council of the Rioja Denomination of Origin in 2018, which implies an external certification of its uniqueness and the quality of its fruit.

Limited production of 2200 bottles.

Ageing: 10 months in French oak barrels of 225l.

Winemaking:  Direct destemming over a concrete tank. Whole berry alcoholic fermentation.  Malolactic fermentation in a barrel
