The fruit for Connect The Dots was sourced from Stellenbosch and Elgin in 2020, (as was the first release). However, this vintage also included fruit from the granite soils of Polkadraai and Helderberg, a new Table Mountain Sandstone parcel, and Darling's iron-rich clay soil. Before blending, all parcels were fermented separately, some whole cluster, and aged in neutral 300L French Oak for 14 months.
