Botrytis infected grapes were carefully selected and hand picked at the beginning of winter. In the winery the grapes were pressed by foot by winemaker Eveline Fraser herself, then left to soak for 24 hours. After a gentle press, the juice was fermented in a mixture of stainless steel tanks and small French oak barriques.
Little Beauty is a small, independent wine producer whose first vintage was released in 2008. They concentrate on small batch varietal wines that reflect the character of the beautiful Waihopai Valley.
