This small plot of 25 acres in Appellation Rully Premier Cru was planted in Pinot Noir in 1969. The choice was made to prune this Cordon vine, and leave it in grass: these technical choices allowed to reduce the size of the bunches and to promote their maturity, in order to finally obtain a wine of better quality.
