Will and Lucy Lowe started making Cambridge Distillery Gin in their front room. How you ask? well, they use a unique method of small batch (2litre) vacuum distillation to distil their gin. Their original recipe is based on botanicals they grew in their back garden. The vacuum distillation process ensures the freshest and most natural character of each botanical is retained.
