Will and Lucy Lowe started making Cambridge Distillery Gin in their front room. How you ask? well, they use a unique method of small batch (2litre) vacuum distillation to distil their gin. Their original recipe is based on botanicals they grew in their back garden. For this reason we think this is the most unique gin currently made in the UK.
The vacuum distillation process ensures the freshest and most natural character of each botanical is retained. If we were asked to sell only one gin, it would be this!

As with all of the Cambridge Distillery Gins, each batch is distilled individually in volumes of less than two litres, under vacuum pressure to preserve the finest qualities of the botanicals and spirit used.
