We could not be more excited for this wine. Hailing from San Ascensio, Finca Valdeslascarretas comes from a single vineyard planted in 1975. This is the second vintage to hit the market, and there are only 3,500 bottles. The wine is straw yellow in colour. It is aged in French oak barrels for 14 months. 

On the nose, it has aromas of pear, apricot, orange peel, honey and dried fruits. There are saline notes and well marked acidity. This is a fresh white, perfect to pair with seafood.
