Sauvignon Blanc; Verdejo
Both varieties of grape are grown in vineyards at an average of 850m altitude, which helps maintain the freshness and acidity in the fruit. This is an effective blend, with the aromatic intensity of the verdejo grapes complemented by the freshness and acidity of the sauvignon blanc. Complexity of the wine is further enhanced by maceration on skins for 2 - 3 days. The fresh, primary flavours are preserved by cool fermentation in steel tanks and very gentle clarification and filtration before bottling.
