A sweeter style of Txakoli, with characteristic spritz, it offers soft honeyed aromas and a beautifully balanced finish.
This Txakolí is a "late harvest", which essentially means it's been ages on its less. For 12 months in fact. It's made with ripe grapes of the native Hondarrabi Zuri variety, from ancient Getaria vineyards. The natural residual sugar balances with the characteristic acidity of txakoli.
