Winemaker and friend, Matthew Copeland, crafts a wondrous wine using Merlot grapes from the mountainous Paarl Region, where the indigenous fynbos and grapes flourish alike. 

Aged in old French oak casks, this vibrant fruit filled wine has aromas of red cherry, raspberry and fragrant pepper. The palate has refined tannins with a smooth finish.
