From vineyards of sandy and clayey character. The grapes are grown on pergolas, hand harvested for bunch selection to ensure the perfect ripness. They are then laid out to dry for two months on dry heather and protected from the rain. After the grapes have raisined they are pressed and spontaneously fermented then aged in french oak.
This is a very rare and special wine. It can be enjoyed as an aperitif or served with puddings.
