Winemaker Alexander Milner uses old dryland bush vines planted in 1985 for this cuvée, which is dedicated to his wife, who loves Chenin Blanc. Wines are fermented naturally in seasoned 225 litre oak barrels and aged in these sur lie for 9 months.
