Pineapple and apple aromas with swirls of coconut and vanilla. On the palate, it is silky, broad and fruity. Well integrated oak creates a creamy and round wine that maintains its balance with the fruit and acidity. This will pair well with pâté, baked Tunworth or a retro mushroom vol au vent!

Res Fortes, Rouge 2021 Côtes du Roussillon

Ripe strawberries and blackberries, with a twist of black pepper spice. This is a bold rich red, with a lifted freshness making it moreish and appetising. Versatile for a roast dinner with all the trimmings.

A textbook expression of Pedro Ximénez. Lusciously sweet yet smooth and balanced. Aromas of dried figs, dark chocolate, cedar and roasted coffee. The cliché of Christmas-pudding-in-a-glass is well worn but apt.
