Syrah 92%; Viognier 8%.
The name is based on a Spanish expression. "Dos Dedos de Frente" means "two fingers of forehead". The phrase is used to describe someone of low intelligence and comes from the old idea that the bigger the forehead, the cleverer the person.
The blend of Syrah with a spot of Viognier is typical of the Côte-Rôtie in France but very uncommon on the hills of Calatayud. The result is a unique and truly delightful wine, full of character and complexity.
