Grapes are lightly crushed before being fermented in a majority of old oak without lees stirring. Domain Bernard Moreau dates back to 1809 when Auguste Moreau built its first cellar. In present day, brothers Benoit and Alexandre belong to the new generation of innovative and progressive winemakers in Burgundy.
As this vintage produced just a small, high quality yield, wines like these are scarcely found making this very fairly priced for such a classic Burgundian expression.
