Joining us for the evening will be Antonio Morenés Bertrán, founder of Diatomists, who will guide us through a tasting of their full range. Antonio will share insights into how the unique soils of Jerez produce wines of remarkable character and quality.

You’ll enjoy:

• Sotovelo – a pioneering white wine made from Palomino grapes grown in Balbaina, El Puerto de Santa Maria, Jerez.
• A full spectrum of sherries: Fino, Manzanilla, Amontillado, Oloroso, Medium, and Pedro Ximénez.
