Paul Hobbs first started making wine in Mendoza in 1989, before establishing Vina Cobos in 1999. His objective is to make wines that reflect the terroir where the grapes are grown. He seeks out significant areas in Luján de Cuyo and Valle de Uco in which he applies his meticulous vineyard management techniques. The resulting wines are renowned for their elegance and balance.
