Torri Cantine uses sustainable and organic viticultural techniques in the vineyards and is certified "Bio". It is vinified in thermo-conditioned steel vats, and once the malolactic fermentation is complete, the wine matures for 5 months in cement vats, and then continues to mature for a further 5 months in large 50hl Slavonian oak barrels to finally proceed to fill the bag in the total absence of oxygen.
