Since 1987, Château Bellisle-Mondotte has been managed by Jean-Marie Bouldy who owns Château Bellegrave in Pomerol. Based in Saint-Laurent-des Combes, just southeast of St-Emilion, the 4.5 hectare property has been cultivated organically since 2013. Neighbours include Château La Mondotte and Château Tertre Roteboeuf. The majority of plantings are Merlot, with 10% Cabernet Franc. These classic, Right Bank wines are released when they are ready to drink.
