This is the perfect example of undiscovered Burgundy. Les Blanchots Dessous is located next to the most famous Chassagne-Montrachet vineyard, Le Montrachet. This tiny climat is part of the 5 hectares of chardonnay owned by Coffinet-Duvernay. Their traditional approach to vinifiaction means their wines are extremely ageworthy and avoid the more modern reductive notes.
