Hemelrand Vine Garden produces a unique wine. The aim of Alheit Vineyards is to bottle the wine just as the vineyard produces it, effectively creating a white field blend that changes every year depending on the vintage conditions. This way they have one place expressed by a few different grapes, changing as the season dictates. The wine is always remarkable and continues to gain in stature as the vines mature.

Nose: An aromatic bouquet unfolds with vibrant aromas of ripe citrus, particularly notes of lemon and tangerine. Subtle hints of green apple and white peach complement the citrus zest, while delicate floral scents, such as honeysuckle and a touch of saline minerality, add complexity.

Palate: On the palate, anticipate a lively and textured experience. Flavors of juicy citrus fruits, including lemon zest and mandarin, take center stage. There's an interplay of green apple and ripe stone fruits, all carried by a zesty acidity that provides a refreshing backbone. The wine's textural depth and balanced profile showcase its meticulous craftsmanship.
