These Godello vineyards are still in their early twenties. Located in San Lorenzo del Bierzo and trained in more traditional trellises rather than bush vines found in their more expressive plots.
Once handpicked the bunches are de-stemmed and pressed to stainless steel tanks where they ferment and mature on their lees for a further three months. This maintains the pure varietal freshness and character.
