Produced with grapes grown in the eastern Pays d'Oc, in stony, sun baked vineyards cooled by the breeze from the Mediterranean Sea. Grapes are harvested early and after a gentle pneumatic pressing the premium, early juices undergo cool fermentation in order to retain the freshness of the finished wine. 4 months aging on the fine lees, with regular stirring adds creaminess and texture to the wine.
A delightful aperitif, or pairs well with salads and fish dishes.
