En Remilly is probably one of the most sought after vineyards of Saint Aubin as it neighbours the famous Le Montrachet vineyard. The 1.7 hectare vineyard is roughly 70 years old. The vines tended by De Montille are farmed biodynamically.

The De Montille domaine pre-dates the revolution; it was created in the 1730s.
