Lo Tros comes from a small village in Priorat called El Molar. The plots are spread across 4 locations with a combined total of 6 hectares. Winemakers Roger Grifoll and Alexandru Florin ferment the wine for 12 days and then age it for 9 months in French oak
Morello cherry, blackberries, a touch of balsamic, thyme and bayleaf. Deep flavours of chocolate and smooth tannins give a long lasting flavour profile. The acidity is what got us excited when we first tried the wine. Although it is a powerful and rich wine, the acidity keeps it juicy and makes you go back for another glass.
