Grapes are grown on stony, free draining soils in the Waihopai Valley in Marlborough. A stream running through the vineyards moderates the temperature compared to the general area, helping preserve the freshness and aromatic flavours of the grapes. The juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a cool 12 -14⁰C in order to preserve the natural aromatic character. 

Little Beauty is a small, independent wine producer whose first vintage was released in 2008. They concentrate on small batch varietal wines that reflect the character of the beautiful Waihopai Valley.
