Grapes are grown in 2 vineyards: San Gemini in Colle Ozio, and Narni in Muriano. Fermentation is in stainless steel tanks with natural yeasts, followed by maturation in stainless steel, (70%) and the remainder in old French oak barrels.

Leonardo Bussoletti is a great ambassador for Umbrian wine. He has been one of the leaders of the rejuvenation of native varietals, initially Ciliegiolo di Narni and later Grechetto.
