A blend of Vermentino and Terret
The vineyards are managed in accordance with Terra Vitis sustainability practices. Grapes grow on hillsides overlooking the Mediterranean, with a variety of soils including clay and large pebbles. The grapes are harvested at night to preserve freshness. Each variety is vinfied separately. Grapes are gently pressed using a pneumatic press and the juice cold settled. A cool fermentation at 17°C under inert gas preserves the freshness and flavour of the wine. The wines are aged on the lees for 3 months in stainless steel before blending and bottling.
