Jacquère is a traditional grape of the mountainous Savoie area of France. It produces light, mountain fresh white wines. Grapes are grown in the calcium rich soils of the Les Marches, Chapareillan and Myans vineyards and harvested by hand. After pneumatic pressing, fermentation takes place with natural yeasts at a temperature of 20⁰ C.
Enjoy with fish dishes, light cheeses and of course, traditional dishes from Savoie: raclette and fondue!
