An exceptionally smooth brandy from Jerez which has wonderful complexity of flavours. Butterscotch and raisin with a dry finish. Aged in a solera for an average age of 12 years. The spirit is made from Palomino, it is then aged in american oak barrels which once housed Tio Pepe Fino.
