Who would have thought that these two unlikely bed fellows would work so well! The result is a perfect balance of fruit and vibrancy.

Whilst this combination is fairly unusual, it is an old staple of the Hunter Valley of NSW. It perfectly highlights the areas supple Shiraz with fine, silky tannins and adds lifted aromatics and fresh acidity from the Pinot Noir for a beautifully balanced wine.
