Made from grapes sourced from sustainable vineyards across California. After tank fermentation, the wine undergoes 100% malolactic fermentation. The final blend is aged, partially in oak, for six months prior to bottling.
ABOUT THE PRODUCER
Fog Mountain made by Healdsburg Wine Co. which is part of the Boisset Collection, France’s 3rd largest wine group. The name pays homage to the Californian mountain ranges and the cooling fog, which have a huge influence in Californian viticulture.
