80% Godello, 8% Albarino, 8% Dona Blanca and 4% Treixadura.

Grown from vines between 14 and 100 years old, this wine has hints of citrus and wild herbs. Dominio do Bibei are practising biodynamic and organic and their aim is to create distinctive wines which portray the landscape and the ancient character of the area.

The nose is complex with vibrant aromas of citrus, wild herbs and a distinct minerality. The palate is deep and precise, with excellent acidity and creaminess from the lees contact. It will continue to develop over the next three years.
