This partnership between Gilles and Nathalie Fevre, began when they met at university. Gilles oversees the viticulture and Nathalie takes care of the vinification. Their daughter, who is a winemaker in her own right, has now joined the fold. They have 50 ha of vines, planted on Kimmerdigian limestone. They have become a producer to watch in the area, making extremely fine wines, in stainless steel, and even, happen to be vegan.
