On his tiny farm, which he built with the small parcels his father gave him, rising star Alexis is creating waves in the Burgundy wine sector and producing exceptional quality products. Fuisse is home to the Polliers family, a winemaking family with five generations. Since he was 20 years old, Alexis has been meticulously tending to his vineyards; his viticulture philosophy is to place a strong emphasis on biodiversity. His vineyards are situated in several appellations, including Macon Village, Pouilly-Fuissé, Saint-Véran, and Mâcon Milly Lamartine.
