Made with hand picked and sorted grapes from Eola-Amity Hills vineyards, north of Salem in Oregon. The grapes are gently pressed using a pneumatic bladder and the juice transferred by gravity to a combination of neutral oak and stainless steel fermenting vessels. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation then ages on the lees for 9 months before bottling.

Cristom Vineyards was established in 1992 by husband and wife Paul and Eileen Gerrie. Now run by their son Tom, Cristom's philosophy is to produce wines with minimal intervention that reflect the vineyard and the vintage.
