In 1891 Giovanni Cossetti decided to convert the family farm to vineyards and built a winery to begin the family's winemaking journey. Today, 4 generations later, Clementina Cossetti is running the family business, assisted by her mother, Maria Emma and sister Giulia. They have 30 hectares of vineyards, mainly producing local varieties, Barbera and Moscato but with small plots of Albarossa, Brachetto, Chardonnay, Cortese and Dolcetto, .
