Grapes are grown in the granite soils of the Fundação Eugénio de Almeida vineyards. After picking, the grapes are de-stemmed and gently crushed and the juice fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine rests on the fine lees for 9 months, with regular stirring, before bottling.
