I Frati Lugana is 100% Turbiana.

A native grape to Lugana. This wine is amazing when young, it is fresh, linear sophisticated. Lovely almond, apricot and thyme notes. When this Lugana DOC has been given time to evolve it becomes richer, almost glossy, with slight spice and bucket loads of dried and candied fruit. 

When young we recommend drinking it at cooler temperatures but with age it can benifit from a little time to breathe after removing from the fridge.

Try this with seafood, poultry and Mozzarella, or Burratta, if you can find it!
