Hand selecting in the vineyards and sorting in the cellar followed by 6 months aging in new oak barrels.

Red fruits and spices and toasted brioche. Powerful yet fruity enough to remain balanced and subtle. Soft tannins and a lovely finish.

Perfect with red meats, pasta or a good old stew!
