100% Brancellao
One of the rarest varieties left in Spain and only 333 bottles of this vintage were made.
It comes from a vineyard of 100m above sea level and is hand harvested. It undergoes spontaneous alcoholic fermentation in 225l open-topped barrels. It is clarified with egg white and sea water, a very unique process. Once bottled it gets 12 months ageing in French oak barrels.
